Ward 2 - Brent Faulkenberry
Brent Faulkenberry serves as Ward 2 council member on the Rock Hill City Council, with his first term beginning in 2024.
Councilmember Faulkenberry previously was a member of the Rock Hill School District Board of Trustees, serving as the Vice-Chair prior to being elected to City Council.
He is the founder and owner of a local, small business, Global Recruiters of Rock Hill (GRN), a local search firm that works with local, regional, and national employers. A 1995 graduate of University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/organizational management.
Councilmember Faulkenberry also serves the Rock Hill community as a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Rock Hill Country Club, Coach/Boat Captain for York County High School Anglers team, and Coach for Rocky Creek Clay Dusters sporting clay shooting team.
Councilmember Faulkenberry grew up in the upstate of South Carolina and moved to Rock Hill after college. He has two sons, Cooper and Fielding.
